KJG-100 Paddle Dryer being shipped to Poland

DOINGMACHINE KJG-100 paddle dryer is a high-efficient, mechanically agitated, indirect-heating drying processor. The dryer consists of a jacketed drying chamber/trough and two shafts welded with unique intermeshing hollow discs. Small paddles (or blades) are welded on the peripheries with different angle and quantity. Both drying chamber jacket and hollow discs are filled with heating medium, such as steam or hot thermal oil to form heating surface. In the drying process, counter-rotating shafts with discs completely mix and move wet material for uniform heat transfer. The evaporated moisture is sucked out by a draft fan after going through off-gas treatment system, which usually consists of a cyclone, tubular condenser and scrubber.

This KJG-100 paddle dryer was ordered by a Poland customer for drying sewage sludge with the following design parameters:

1) Total heating surface: 100 M2 

2) Design evaporation rate: 800-900 kg water/h (under 150℃ )

3) Heating medium: 150℃ thermal oil

4) Input capacity: 1000-1200 kg/h sewage sludge

5) Moisture content: drying from 80% MC to 20% MC

6) The whole drying system includes: shaftless screw conveyor for feeding, KJG-100 paddle dryer, screw conveyor for discharging, cyclone, tubular condenser, wet scrubber, draft fan and control cabinet.

7) Total gross weight: 30 tons
