Working Principle:

Turbo Mill (also called Turbo Rotor Mill) is high speed impact mill capable of fine size reduction for friable or brittle raw materials with medium hardness (less than 3 Mohs). It's also can be used to grind low-fibrous and low-oil-content raw materials due to it's unique structure. The grinding chamber consists of a turbo rotor with grinding blades, lined tooth-plate and saw-tooth ring with sieves. 

Raw material is fed into the grinding chamber via the central inlet by gravity or screw feeder. High speed rotation of turbo rotor creates centrifugal force that accelerates bulk material moving from the center to the periphery of the turbo rotor at high speed, where the grinding is done by strong impact and shearing between the grinding blades and tooth liner. The centrifugal force or air stream generated by draft fan force the product to go through a filtering sieve which is around the grinding chamber to get required particle size. Different particle size is determined by the rotor speed and hole size of the sieve.

Technical Features:

• The high-speed turbo rotor can generate strong airflow inside the grinding chamber to "blow" the product through the sieve and cool the product. Compared to other types of impact mill, it has the following advantages: 

1) Much higher process capacity due to greater impact and shear force; 

2) Good at grinding low-fibrous and low-oil-content raw materials which can easily block the sieve; 

3) Good at grinding heat sensitive raw materials due to shorter retention time and air cooling

• The product size can be well controlled by the rotation speed of turbo rotor and sizing sieve. 
• The process capacity ranges from lab-scale to large-scale grinding system. 
• Made by SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel to meet food-grade sanitary standard. 
• The grinding chamber can be easily dismantled for cleaning and maintenance.

1)  What raw material you are going to grind. Raw material sample might be needed for trial production or tests;

A: All our machines are customized. The normal lead time is 30-40 days after receiving the advance payment.

A: The machine is packed in standard plywood box;
