Working Principle:

3D Powder Mixer or Multi-directional Motion Mixer is used for homogeneous mixing of powdery substances with different specific weights and particle sizes. The mixing drum is a cylindrical vessel with double conical ends, which is supported by the driving and driven shafts via Y-type universal joints, so the mixing drum can move smoothly in a solid three dimensional space. 

Raw materials are fed into the mixing drum via the top feed port manually or by vacuum conveyor. The loading rate can be 85% of the mixing drum volume. Through mechanical transmission, the mixing drum makes unique translational, turning, rocking and rolling motions in a solid three dimensional space,thereby speeds up the flow and diffusion of the materials being mixed, while avoids the specific-gravity segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in an ordinary mixer, and ensures the materials to reach an ideal mixing within a short time. 

3D powder mixer is a novel material mixer extensively used in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, food, light and agricultural industries. This machine can carry out highly even mixing of powders or granules, so that the mixed materials can reach their best effectiveness.

• It can work with vacuum conveyor for automatic and dust-free feeding.
