Working Principle:

CSJ Rotary Knife Cutter Mill (also called Rotary Knife Crusher or Coarse Crusher)  is designed for fast particle size reduction by cutting to reduce fines or dust in the product. The crushing chamber features a star-shaped rotor assembled with inclined blades and two stationary blades. Sizing sieve is installed below the rotor to control the product size. Raw material (less than 150mm) is gravity fed through the infeed chute into the crushing chamber, and shredded by the cutting between the rotary and stationary blades until it can pass through the sieve. 

CSJ Rotary Knife Cutter Mill is the ideal size reduction equipment for corns, dried herbs and roots, spices and other soft to medium hard solids to get cleanly-cut particles in high capacity. It is also commonly used as primary crusher before fine grinding.
