Working Principle:

WFM Vibrating Mill is single-tube vibratory pulverizer with steel rods as grinding media, capable of ultrafine size reduction of soft to hard raw materials in food, chemical or pharmaceutical industry. The driving motor is connected to the mill via a propeller belt which transfers the vibration force to the grinding media. The raw material is pulverized by the strong and constant impact between the elements of grinding media and the impact between the grinding media and cylinder wall. 

WFM Vibrating Mill is specially designed for ultrafine grinding of high-fibrous, brittle or hard raw materials in lab or small scale production. It also can be used to grind soft or slurry raw materials.The product particle size can reach 200-1800 mesh. 

Technical Features:

• Ultrafine grinding: The product particle size can reach as fine as 1800 mesh in short time. 
• Low-temperature grinding: The grinding chamber has cooling jacket to cool the product. 
• Low level of noise: The grinding chamber is installed in a sound insulation cabinet. 
• Non-dust & Non-loss: The size reduction is carried out in an air-tight vibratory chamber. The whole process is non-dust & non-loss. 
• Sanitary design: Made by SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel and mirror polished for high sanitary standard. All milling parts can be easily dismantled for cleaning. 
• Versatile in application: It can be used to grind soft to hard materials, such as chilli sauce, dried herbs, bones, brittle chemicals, hard minerals etc.
