FBD-200 Agitator Dryer Being Shipped to Taiwan

DOINGMACINE FBD-200 Agitator Dryer is simplified fluid-bed type dryer with ribbon agitator, which is specially designed for drying black soldier fly larvae (or maggots, larva insects) with affordable price. The dryer consists of a conical drying chamber and a ribbon type agitator. The conical part of drying chamber is made by perforated plate. Wet material is fed by gravity into the drying chamber via the feed valve. With the help of rotary ribbon agitator, wet material regularly moves up against the inner conical wall and then falls down in the center, hot air flows through the wet material for uniform and fast drying. The dried product is unloaded from the bottom discharge valve. 

This FBD-200 agitator dryer was ordered by a Taiwan customer with the following design parameters:

1) Drying bowl volume: 200L

2) Electric heater: 60KW; draft fan: 5.5 KW; agitator: 0.75KW

3) Load capacity: 200 kg fresh BSFL per batch

4) Drying time: 60-70 minutes (when use 180℃ hot air)

5) Moisture content: drying from 70-75% to 5-8 %
