Wet material is gravity fed onto the fluid bed (normally a perforated plate) via the infeed hopper, the strong vibration of dryer body fluidizes the wet material which moves towards the discharging vent. At the same time, hot air is evenly distributed into the bottom drying chamber and flows though the perforated plate. Moisture is rapidly evaporated with complete contact and heat transfer between hot air and well fluidized wet material and sucked out by the draft fan.The drying process is continuous and cooling air can be introduced to cool the product to required temperature.

A: Our Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer is customized according to specific raw material, drying capacity, heat source etc . The following information is needed to work out a detailed quote:
1) Raw material name, bulk density and particle size etc. Samples might be needed for trial production or drying tests.
2) Moisture content before drying; target moisture content in dried product.
