Working Principle:

V Cone Blender is the most commonly used tumble mixer for intimate mixing of dry powders, granules and other free-flowing solids. The mixing vessel consists of two cylinders welded together in the form of " V " shape. So, it also called " V Shape Mixer ", " V Mixer ", or " V Shell Mixer ".  

Raw materials are fed into the mixing vessel via the feed ports manually or by vacuum conveyor. The loading rate is usually about 50% of the mixing vessel volume. Through mechanical transmission, the V-shaped vessel rotates with the shaft, which constantly displace, split and intermix the raw materials for fast and intimate mixing. Normal cycle time is typically about 10-15 minutes. The mixed product is unloaded via the discharge valve installed on the bottom of the V-shaped vessel. 

V Cone Mixer is comonly used to produce homogeneous solid-solid mixture for industries such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, nutritional, agrochemical and plastics. 

Technical Features:

• The V-shaped mixing vessel is made by SUS304 or SUS316L and mirror polished both inner and outer shell for high sanitary standards. 
• The V-shaped mixing vessel has no blind angle for cleaning and no accumulation of materials inside the V shell.
• The working volume ranges from 20L to 2000L.
• Vaccum conveyor can be used for feeding and discharging.
• Intensifier bar can be installed for high-shear mixing and lump breaking. 
• Safety railings with limit switch can be assembled 
• Spray nozzle can be installed inside the mixing vessel for adding minor liquid ingredients in the process of mixing.
