Working Principle:

ZKS Vacuum Conveyor (or pneumatic conveyor) is the most reliable and economical conveying equipment for moving free-flowing powders, granules, pellets and other dry bulk materials by using pneumatic suction. The vacuum conveying system cosists of pick-up station, hose, vacuum receiver with filter, secondary filter and air pump. 

The air pump generates strong airstream which carries the bulk materials from the pick-up station to the receiving tank. Two types of vacuum coveyor are available:  

Type A: Feed to sealed tank / hopper. Insert the feed gun into the air-tight receiving tank, where solid material and air are separated due to different density. This design is commonly used to feed powder mixers or storage bins. 

Type B: Feed to open tank / hopper. Mount the vacuum receiver above the open receiving tank. The solid material is separated by tubular filters and then discharged via pneumatic flap valve.

• Simple and reliable design: The simple design make it easy for installation and maintenance. 
• Dust-free operation: The air-tight conveying system with two-stage filters (5 microns) makes the whole conveying process dust-free. 
• Easy to clean: The whole conveying system can be easily dismantled for cleaning. And the strong airstream can clean the system by itself. 
• Stainless steel tubular filter: The filter is made by stainless steel sintered mesh with minimum filtering size of 5 microns. 
• Feed hopper with different size and agitator or vibrator.

Note: The conveying capacity depends on raw material bulk density and particle size, conveying height and horizontal distance. The conveying capacity stated in the above table is measured with wheat flour and 4 meters long conveying pipe.

A: Our Vacuum Conveyor is customized. The following information is needed to work out a detailed quote:

1) What raw materials you are going to transport/convey. Raw material sample might be needed for trial production or tests;

2) Raw material bulk density and particle size; 

3) Conveying height and distance; 

4) Conveying capacity in kg/h; 

4) Power supply type: 220V/380V/415V/440V, 50/60Hz, Single/three phase

Q: What is your normal lead time?

A: All our machines are customized. The normal lead time is 30-40 days after receiving the advance payment.

Q: How the machine is packed?

A: The machine is packed in standard plywood box;

Q: What kind of after-sale service can you provide?

A: 1)All our machines are fully tested before shipping. Detailed operation manual, which includes photos, installation & operation videos, layout drawings, electric drawings etc. is delivered with the machine. So the end-user can easily install and operate the machine.
