Working Principle:

RLY Hot Air Generator is oil or gas fired indirect shell-type hot air heater for industrial drying or heating process. 

This horizontal type industrial hot air generator consists of combustion chamber, heating jacket with fins, heat insulation, blower fan and burner. The Riello Burner jets the flame into the combustion chamber which is surrounded by heating jacket. Fresh cold air is blown into the heating jacket to get clean hot air. The three-way pass heating jacket with fins can considerably increase the heat exchange efficiency.

Technical Features:

  • High heat efficiency: The specially designed three-pass way heating jacket with fins can considerably increase the heat exchange area and time.
  • Stable heat output: RIELLO burner with ratio control can accurately control the hot air temperature. 
  • Long service life: The combustion chamber is made by heat resistant steel and well insulated.
