Working Principle:

KZL Cone Mill (also called Conical Mill or Conical Screen Mill) is designed for gentle, intermediate size reduction and deagglomeration of powders and granules usually after drying, mixing and granulation to get uniform-sized product. The basic design consists of feed hopper, drive motor, conical rotor & screen and discharge chute.

Material to be processed is gravity fed into the milling chamber. The low velocity grinding rotor forces the feedstock into a vortex flow path. Due to the high shear impact by the rotor, most of the product is reduced to below the hole size of screen and discharged instantaneously via the chute. A small percentage of larger unground particles remain in the milling chamber for further grinding. Product size is adjustable by the changing the screen with different hole size.

• High efficiency and gentle size reduction: The design of conical rotor and screen utilizes all the input energy for size reduction with low heat generation. 
• Low level of dust and noise: The whole size reduction process generates low dust and noise level. There is need to install any types of filter. 
• Sanitary design: Made by SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel and mirror polished for high sanitary standard. All milling parts can be easily dismantled for cleaning. 
• Flexibility in configuration: Different types of configuration are available to work with different processing equipments.

1) What raw materials you are going to mill. Raw material sample might be needed for trial production or tests;

A: All our machines are customized. The normal lead time is 30-40 days after receiving the advance payment.

A: The machine is packed in standard plywood box;

A: 1)All our machines are fully tested before shipping. Detailed operation manual, which includes photos, installation & operation videos, layout drawings, electric drawings etc. is delivered with the machine. So the end-user can easily install and operate the machine.
