Working Principle:

EHY 2D Drum Mixer is used for fast and intimate mixing of free-flowing dry powders and granular materials in food, chemical and pharceumatic industry. The two dimensional motion of mixing drum can carry out fast and high accurate mixing. 

EYH 2D Drum Mixer consists of double conical mixing drum, swing frame and support frame. The mixing drum is mounted on support frame by four rollers which makes the mixing drum rotate axially. Meanwhile, the crank arm pushes and pulls the mixing barrel back and forth. Axial rotation and rock back and forth happens in a solid two dimensional space. Materials are evenly mixed during rolling and rocking in a very short time.

Technical Features:

• Accurate, gentle mixing without damaging the material. 
• Compact structure & small operating space: Compared to tumble mixers, such as double cone mixer or V mixer, 2D drum mixer is much more compact in structure and requires much smaller operating space. It's very good for large-scale production. 
• Easy to discharge material with very little residue: Spiral paddles welded inside the mixing drum can help to completely discharge the material as well as enhance the mixing effect. 
• Sanitary design: Made by SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel and mirror polished for high sanitary standard. No blind angle for mixing and cleaning. 
• Vacuum conveyor can be used for automatic feeding to avoid dust.
